Cancer: Prevention & Treatment

What is Cancer? The Cancer is a broad group of various diseases, all involving unregulated cell growth. The cells grow uncontrollably, forming malignant tumors, and invade nearby parts of the body. The cancer may also spread to more distant parts of the body through the lymphatic system or bloodstream. There are over 200 different known cancers that afflict humans. Causes of Cancer: Many things are known to increase the risk of cancer, including tobacco, certain infections, radiation, lack of physical activity, obesity, and environmental pollutants. These can directly damage genes or combine with existing genetic faults within cells to cause the disease. Approximately 5-10% of cancers are entirely inherited. Cancer Detection: Cancer can be detected in a number of ways, including: the presence of certain signs and symptoms, screening tests, bone marrow or medical imaging. Once a possible cancer is detected it is diagnosed by microscopic examination of a tissue sample. Cancer Types: Cancer types can be grouped into broader categories. The main categories of cancer include: Carcinoma – cancer that begins in the skin or in tissues that line or cover internal organs. Sarcoma – cancer that begins in bone, cartilage, fat, muscle, blood vessels, or other connective or supportive tissue. Leukemia – cancer that starts in blood-forming tissue such as the bone marrow and causes large numbers of abnormal blood cells to be produced and enter the blood. Lymphoma and myeloma – cancers that begin in the cells of the immune system. Central nervous system cancers – cancers that begin in the tissues of the brain and spinal cord. Important Facts about Cancer: Everyone Have Cancer Cells: Every person has cancer cells in the body but it does not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billions. If the doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size. Cancer cells occur 6 to more than 10 times in a person’s lifetime. Role of Immune System: When the person’s immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumours. A person having cancer indicates that he has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system. Chemotherapy is Dangerous: Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastro-intestinal tract, etc. It can cause organ damage, like liver, heart kidneys, lungs, etc. Another side effect of the chemotherapy is another cancer. Yes, the cancer, but the doctors do not say much about it. It is printed right on the chemo drug warning labels (in small print). Radiation is Dangerous As Well: Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However, prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction. Result of Chemo and Radiation: When body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Role of Oxygen: Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply. Cancer Prevention: Cancer will not be prevented by regular screening, quite the opposite in fact since diagnostic radiation is a major cancer cause! However you can avoid cancer risk through natural, non-conventional or alternative methods for cancer prevention. You must be well aware of the basic reasons which cause various types of cancers. What not to Do – to Avoid Cancers? What Cancer Cells Feed On? Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes are made with Aspartame (an artificial sweetener made from aspartic acid; used as a calorie-free sweetener) and it is harmful. Use natural substitutes; honey or molasses (sugarcane liquid) in very small amounts. Table Salts has a dangerous chemical added to make it white in colour. Better alternative is mine-salt or sea-salt. Acid Environment thrives Cancer cells. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer. Coffee, Tea, and Chocolate, have high caffeine. Caffeine helps the Cancer Cells grow.     Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties.           Distilled Water is acidic, avoid it. It is best to drink purified or filtered water to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Do not Use Plastic Containers: No water bottles in freezers and no plastic containers or plastic wraps in microwave ovens because when plastic is highly cooled or heated, it releases Dioxins. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. This especially applies to foods that contain fat. The combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food. Instead, use glass, Pyrex or ceramic containers. The plastic wrap is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead. Avoid Toxic Chemicals & Pesticides The liver cells constantly release enzymes for the breakdown of

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) Treatment

What is SLE? SLE is abbreviated for Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. Lupus is an autoimmune disease characterized by acute and chronic inflammation of various tissues of the body. Autoimmune diseases are illnesses that occur when the body’s tissues are attacked by its own immune system. How it Happen? The immune system is a complex system within the body that is designed to fight infectious agents, such as bacteria and other foreign microbes. One of the ways that the immune system fights infections is by producing antibodies that bind to the microbes. People with lupus produce abnormal antibodies in their blood that target tissues within their own body rather than foreign infectious agents. Because the antibodies and accompanying cells of inflammation can affect tissues anywhere in the body, lupus has the potential to affect a variety of areas. SLE Attack Targets Lupus can cause following diseases: Skin, Heart, Lungs, Kidneys, Anemia, Stomach disorders, Joints pain,     and/or….. Nervous system disorders. Types of Lupus When only skin is involved, the condition is called Lupus Dermatitis or Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus. A form of lupus dermatitis that can be isolated to the skin, without internal disease, is called discoid Lupus. When internal organs are involved, the condition is referred to as Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). Effects of Lupus The disease can affect all ages but most commonly begins from 20-45 years of age. Both Discoid and Systemic Lupus are about 8 times more common in women than men. The autoimmune disorders produce excessive antibodies which can go into the entire network in two ways: The antibodies attack the strange body tissues, the red blood cells, causing deficiency of red blood cells or anemia. The antibodies join with antigens (substances stimulating the formation of antibodies) and form a complex called “Immuno-globulin” bonding antibodies and antigens to flow with blood, until caught in capillary blood vessels creating inflammation. Causes of SLE The precise reason for the abnormal autoimmunity that causes lupus is not known. Inherited genes, viruses, ultraviolet light, and certain medications may all play some role. Genetic factors increase the tendency of developing autoimmune diseases such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and autoimmune thyroid disorders are more common among relatives of people with lupus than the general population. The immune system in lupus is more easily stimulated by external factors like viruses or ultraviolet light. Symptoms of lupus can be precipitated or aggravated by only a brief period of sun exposure. Some women with SLE can experience worsening of their symptoms prior to their menstrual periods. Female hormones play an important role in the expression of SLE which is an active area of ongoing study by scientists. A key enzyme’s failure to dispose of dying cells may contribute the development of SLE. The enzyme, DNase1, normally eliminates “garbage DNA” and other cellular debris by chopping them into tiny fragments for easier disposal. Thus, a genetic mutation in a gene that could disrupt the body’s cellular waste disposal may be involved in the initiation of SLE. The cause of SLE disease is the sensitivity factor which is triggered by stress, infections, drugs, exposure to sun, and the use of oral contraceptives. SLE Symptoms This disease can attack every body organ. Easily burnt skin from the sun and exposure to digestive disorders. Feel weak, excessive fatigue, fever and aches. Skin red rash appear on both cheeks, arms and legs. Attack of anemia. Frequent hair loss and excessive fatigue. Swollen joints and arise sprue. Sprue is a chronic disorder that occurs in tropical and non-tropical forms, in both children and adults; nutrients are not absorbed; symptoms include foul-smelling diarrhea and weakness. Treatment The best treatment is to be proactive and eat the right foods to keep the body balanced. Treatment focuses on preventing the spread of disease Avoid irritants especially soap Treat infections Oil based ointment good for hydrating Nutrition: Foods that are rich in vitamins A, C and E provide nutrients for your skin to remain elastic. These vitamins can be found in fruits, vegetables almonds, fish and eggs. Water Therapy: Keep your body hydrated by drinking plenty of water. It will keep your skin healthy and elastic to reduce your skin stretching and scarring. Acupressure Healing

What is Acupressure? Acupressure is a form of Chinese method of treatment. It uses the fingers or similar tools to press acupressure points on the body to stimulate the natural self healing abilities. The Chinese have been using acupressure for over 5,000 years. How Does Acupressure Work? Acupressure points are places on the skin that are especially sensitive to bio-electrical impulses in the body. The points are junctures of meridian pathways that carry energy called chi the Japanese call it ki. The scientists have also mapped out and proved the existence of these points using electrical devices. These points can be stimulated with pressure, needles, or heat to release endorphins that relive pain, as a result pain is blocked the blood and oxygen flow is increased causing muscles to relax and healing to accelerate. Types of Acupressure: There are many different types of acupressure, and each practitioner may draw from a variety of methods. One of the most popular is Shiatsu, a Japanese technique based on ancient Chinese principles. Practitioners of Zen Shiatsu use their whole bodies as leverage to apply strong pressure. Barefoot Shiatsu practitioners bring the feet into play, as well as the hands, to rub and press acupressure points. In the Chinese acupressure variation known as Tui Na, practitioners use their hands for massage like kneading motions. Reflexology is a type of acupressure that involves pressure points on the feet and sometimes the hands. Benefits of Acupressure Relieving pain Balancing the body Reduces tension Increases circulation Relaxing Easing back pain Certain types of headaches, including migraine. Post-operative pain and nausea has been found to respond to pressure point massage. Morning sickness, motion sickness, and other types of nausea. Improve overall vitality and well-being. The Acupressure Treatment During a treatment, which can last anywhere from 15 minutes to nearly an hour depending on the severity of the problem, an acupressure therapist may have you sit or lie on a massage table. The therapist will work on the specific acupoints that relate to your condition. Pressing a point behind your knee, for example, can help address low back pain or pressing a point on the top of the foot may help ease the pain of migraine. Press each point for 3-10 seconds (longer in some cases). The points may be pressed and released repeatedly. If the problem doesn’t respond after about 20 to 30 minutes of treatment, acupressure may not be effective for you for that particular ailment. After a treatment, you will probably feel looser and more relaxed. You may experience a slight achiness, but you shouldn’t be in pain. Within three to eight visits, you should know whether the treatment is working for your ailment. Stress management usually requires a series of about six regular (weekly or monthly) treatments. Self Acupressure The self Acupressure is a cost-effective treatment and no special equipment is required, all you need is a finger of your own! You can use fingertips, knuckles, or thumbs to press you can also buy items that press for you. It can be performed alone anywhere any time. Each area of the body requires a different amount of pressure. If it hurts a lot when you apply pressure on a point, then use lighter pressure. The calves, the face, and genital areas are sensitive. The back, buttocks, and shoulders, especially if the musculature is developed, usually need deeper, firmer pressure. Press for around 1-5 minutes on any points you are treating and give an equal time to the same point on each side of the body, as in fact you may experience discomfort on one side when the problem is actually on the other side. Use moderate pressure do not try to drill a hole in yourself but also just resting a finger on an acupoint won’t have much effect. If you can’t find or know exact point location for your disease, just press various points on your hands or on your body. Wherever the problem lies, you will feel slight pain by pressing it. Just press the point 1-5 minutes to treat the disease. Caution: See a qualified acutherapist first and discuss possible acupoints. Acupressure Points Acupressure Techniques: Pressing There are two ways that acupressure points are manipulated: pressing and reducing them. To press points, use something blunt. Usually the fingers are used to press, but I find that for many points the fingers may be a bit too thick, so you’d have to press quite long and firmly. Ideal would be something 3 to 4 mm thick, like a (preferably used) pencil eraser that’s on the other side of a pencil. Some points can be pressed using a fingernail. Pressing points for less than half a second can already have a distinguishable effect. Just trying out a point you could press it only briefly. To get a full effect pressure should be applied for at least half a minute, but preferably longer, 1-2 minutes should do. Acupressure Techniques: Reducing To reduce a point, turn a finger over it in counter-clockwise direction, also for one to two minutes. It’s a good idea not to get into the habit of doing the same points every day. Do them when you feel you need them, don’t overdo it. Notice what effects points have on you. If you’re weak (from age, disease or whatever), don’t reduce points more often then necessary and be sure to also additionally press these points for a few seconds. Do a point on both sides of the body. Destructive Habits of Incompetent People

Just Don’t Do What the Incompetent People Do! 1 – They Think, Say, & Do Negative Things They see problems in every opportunity. They complain that the sun is too hot. They curse the rain for ruining their plans for the day. They blame the wind for ruining their hair. They see the problems but never the solutions. They think that everyone is against them. They regard failures as disasters. Every little bit of difficulty is magnified to the point of tragedy. They become discouraged easily instead of learning from their mistakes. They never seem to move forward because they’re always afraid to come out of their comfort zones. 2 – They Act Before They Think They move based on instinctive motives. If they see something they like, they buy at once without any second thought. Then they see something better and regret & curse for not able to take advantage of the bargain. They spend & spend again until nothing is left. They don’t think about the future. What they’re after is the pleasure they will experience at present. They don’t think about the consequences. 3 – They Talk Much More Than They Listen They always engage in talks that would make them heroes. They want to be the star of the show. Mostly they are not aware that what they’re saying is not sensible anymore. When other people advise them, they close their ears because they’re too proud to admit their mistakes. In their mind they’re always correct. They reject suggestions because that will make them feel inferior. 4 – They Give Up Easily They quit upon recognizing the first signs of failure but successful people treat failures as stepping stones to success. Incompetent people don’t have the persistence to go on and fulfill their dreams. At first, they may be excited to start an endeavor. But then they lose interest fairly quickly, especially when they encounter errors. Then they go & search for a new one. Same story & same results. 5 – They Try to Bring Others Down They become jealous of other successful individuals. Instead of working hard to be like them, they spread rumors and try every dirty trick to bring them down. They’re too proud to ask for advice. They could’ve asked these successful ones nicely. Moreover, they’re too negative to accomplish anything. 6 – They Waste Their Time They just waste their precious time in eating, drinking, smoking, watching TV, chatting, playing games, or worse, staring at the blank wall with no thoughts whatsoever to improve their lives. They don’t know what to do next. It’s perfectly fine to enjoy once in a while but time should be managed efficiently in order to succeed. There should be a proper balance between work & pleasure. 7 – They Take the Easy Way Out They don’t want any suffering or hardship but want a good life. If there are two roads to choose from, they would choose the wider road with less rewards than the narrower road with much better rewards at the end. These people don’t know that what you reap is what you sow and that efforts & actions will not go unnoticed. 8 – They Wish Instead of Planning They just wish to get whole world but don’t plan or do something to achieve the target. They sit around *wishing* that things would be better, but it’s not likely that they ever will be. They don’t create a plan, nor get into action. 9 – They Hide Their Weaknesses They always try to hide their weaknesses. They pose themselves as very intelligent and competent but they fail to hide their incompetency. 10 – They Always Complain They are in habit of complaining instead of asking. They always complain about everyone and even everything. They believe that they behave good to all but none is good to them. Complaining is passive, not active. 11 – They Always Say Yes They always say yes to please the people even when they want to say no. Then they find themselves unhappily going through the motions of living, giving control of their time, energy, and spirit to anyone who asks for it. They don’t have courage to say no to the people. 12 – They Don’t Have Priorities They don’t have priorities and want to do everything. They just react to the next thing that gets their attention, but they never have enough time for what is important. They never schedule their time around their priorities. 13 – They Don’t Finish their Jobs They start a job then leave it unfinished and shift to the new one. They can start many such businesses but none is completed. They can’t free themselves from the past by identifying and cleaning up their unfinished business. 14 – They Ignore the Present They always ignore the present and think about a bright future. Today is a result of all the Today’s that came before it. A well lived present will naturally produce wonderful future. Save a rupee today and you’ll have a rupee tomorrow. Only what you do TODAY can affect tomorrow. Conclusion If you want to have a fantastic life, never engage yourself in these deadly habits that incompetent people do. =============== Prime Cancer Care & General Hospital (PCCGH), Prime Institute of Health Sciences (PIHS) One Kilometer from Motorway Chowk (Chungi No.26), Motorway Service Road, Sector H-15, Islamabad WhatsApp Message: 00923125448922 Timing: 9am to 1pm (First 3 Weeks of Month, Sunday Off) Location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/X5i7RL6Puyf5uP9s9 —– For more information: www.healthymanners.com YouTube Channel: www.youtube.com/c/HealthyMannersByShakeelShah =============== پرائم کینسر کیئر اینڈ جنرل ہسپتال (PCCGH) پرائم انسٹی ٹیوٹ آف ہیلتھ سائنسز (PIHS) موٹروے چوک (چونگی نمبر 26) سے ایک کلومیٹر، موٹروے سروس روڈ، سیکٹر H-15، اسلام آباد واٹس ایپ میسیج: 00923125448922 ادویات کیلئے واٹس ایپ میسیج: 00923259111519.

Anger Management

A Matchstick Has A Head But Not A Brain – It Burns by a Rub! Ways to Manage Anger The key to anger reduction is “Knowing Yourself”. Do important jobs now before they become urgent. When you make mistakes, learn from them rather than getting angry. Don’t criticize, condemn & complain because it makes you angry. Learn to say no. Choose a job you love and you will not have a day of anger in your working life. Most problems are really due to the absence of ideas.  Think ahead… anticipate… do it or get it done, even if second best… you will be less angry. Organize your mind and organize your desk for 5 minutes every hour. Accept what you cannot change instead of changing what you cannot accept. Ask even stupid questions to avoid mistakes to further avoid others getting angry with you. Say sorry at the right moment to reduce the anger of others. For every 10 minutes you are angry you lose 600 seconds of happiness. The little pot soon hot! A short pencil is better than a long memory – use it to reduce your anger. Nobody can make you angry without your consent. Never get angry with a man who has nothing to lose. The most common occupational disease of a poor executive is his inability to listen – result is anger. Never reply to a letter when you are angry. Nobody can disgrace us other than ourselves. So why get angry? Anger is a luxury in which only men of abundant means or absolutely no means can indulge. Never go to bed with an argument unsettled. Expectation breeds frustration – frustration breeds anger. Work is the best remedy for all angers. Men, who do not know how to fight anger, die younger. Make common sense your best friend to reduce your anger and the anger of others. Indecision makes you angry.  Therefore, decide this way or that way. If all else fails, lower your standards to make you less angry. You cannot change others as easily as you can change yourself. Do not just catch your employees or your children doing wrong things; it will make you angry. Catch them doing right things. When you want to get things done, use creative ways to remind people as they tend to forget conveniently; this will reduce your anger. Most people remember 20 % of what they hear… understand this fact to reduce your anger.   xosotin chelseathông tin chuyển nhượngcâu lạc bộ bóng đá arsenalbóng đá atalantabundesligacầu thủ haalandUEFAevertonfutebol ao vivofutemaxmulticanaisonbetbóng đá world cupbóng đá inter milantin juventusbenzemala ligaclb leicester cityMUman citymessi lionelsalahnapolineymarpsgronaldoserie atottenhamvalenciaAS ROMALeverkusenac milanmbappenapolinewcastleaston villaliverpoolfa cupreal madridpremier leagueAjaxbao bong da247EPLbarcelonabournemouthaff cupasean footballbên lề sân cỏbáo bóng đá mớibóng đá cúp thế giớitin bóng đá ViệtUEFAbáo bóng đá việt namHuyền thoại bóng đágiải ngoại hạng anhSeagametap chi bong da the gioitin bong da lutrận đấu hôm nayviệt nam bóng đátin nong bong daBóng đá nữthể thao 7m24h bóng đábóng đá hôm naythe thao ngoai hang anhtin nhanh bóng đáphòng thay đồ bóng đábóng đá phủikèo nhà cái onbetbóng đá lu 2thông tin phòng thay đồthe thao vuaapp đánh lô đềdudoanxosoxổ số giải đặc biệthôm nay xổ sốkèo đẹp hôm nayketquaxosokq xskqxsmnsoi cầu ba miềnsoi cau thong kesxkt hôm naythế giới xổ sốxổ số 24hxo.soxoso3mienxo so ba mienxoso dac bietxosodientoanxổ số dự đoánvé số chiều xổxoso ket quaxosokienthietxoso kq hôm nayxoso ktxổ số megaxổ số mới nhất hôm nayxoso truc tiepxoso ViệtSX3MIENxs dự đoánxs mien bac hom nayxs miên namxsmientrungxsmn thu 7con số may mắn hôm nayKQXS 3 miền Bắc Trung Nam Nhanhdự đoán xổ số 3 miềndò vé sốdu doan xo so hom nayket qua xo xoket qua xo so.vntrúng thưởng xo sokq xoso trực tiếpket qua xskqxs 247số miền nams0x0 mienbacxosobamien hôm naysố đẹp hôm naysố đẹp trực tuyếnnuôi số đẹpxo so hom quaxoso ketquaxstruc tiep hom nayxổ số kiến thiết trực tiếpxổ số kq hôm nayso xo kq trực tuyenkết quả xổ số miền bắc trực tiếpxo so miền namxổ số miền nam trực tiếptrực tiếp xổ số hôm nayket wa xsKQ XOSOxoso onlinexo so truc tiep hom nayxsttso mien bac trong ngàyKQXS3Msố so mien bacdu doan xo so onlinedu doan cau loxổ số kenokqxs vnKQXOSOKQXS hôm naytrực tiếp kết quả xổ số ba miềncap lo dep nhat hom naysoi cầu chuẩn hôm nayso ket qua xo soXem kết quả xổ số nhanh nhấtSX3MIENXSMB chủ nhậtKQXSMNkết quả mở giải trực tuyếnGiờ vàng chốt số OnlineĐánh Đề Con Gìdò số miền namdò vé số hôm nayso mo so debach thủ lô đẹp nhất hôm naycầu đề hôm naykết quả xổ số kiến thiết toàn quốccau dep 88xsmb rong bach kimket qua xs 2023dự đoán xổ số hàng ngàyBạch thủ đề miền BắcSoi Cầu MB thần tàisoi cau vip 247soi cầu tốtsoi cầu miễn phísoi cau mb vipxsmb hom nayxs vietlottxsmn hôm naycầu lô đẹpthống kê lô kép xổ số miền Bắcquay thử xsmnxổ số thần tàiQuay thử XSMTxổ số chiều nayxo so mien nam hom nayweb đánh lô đề trực tuyến uy tínKQXS hôm nayxsmb ngày hôm nayXSMT chủ nhậtxổ số Power 6/55KQXS A trúng roycao thủ chốt sốbảng xổ số đặc biệtsoi cầu 247 vipsoi cầu wap 666Soi cầu miễn phí 888 VIPSoi Cau Chuan MBđộc thủ desố miền bắcthần tài cho sốKết quả xổ số thần tàiXem trực tiếp xổ sốXIN SỐ THẦN TÀI THỔ ĐỊACầu lô số đẹplô đẹp vip 24hsoi cầu miễn phí 888xổ số kiến thiết chiều nayXSMN thứ 7 hàng tuầnKết quả Xổ số Hồ Chí Minhnhà cái xổ số Việt NamXổ Số Đại PhátXổ số mới nhất Hôm Nayso xo mb hom nayxxmb88quay thu mbXo so Minh ChinhXS Minh Ngọc trực tiếp hôm nayXSMN 88XSTDxs than taixổ số UY TIN NHẤTxs vietlott 88SOI CẦU SIÊU CHUẨNSoiCauVietlô đẹp hôm nay vipket qua so xo hom naykqxsmb 30 ngàydự đoán xổ số 3 miềnSoi cầu 3 càng chuẩn xácbạch thủ lônuoi lo chuanbắt lô chuẩn theo ngàykq xo-solô 3 càngnuôi lô đề siêu vipcầu Lô Xiên
